529 Plans

A 529 Plan is an education savings plan operated by a state or educational institution designed to help families set aside funds for future college costs. Plans and payout rates vary by state. Once the University of Illinois receives notification from your plan administrator the University will begin the process of ensuring that 529 credits are applied to the student account and that your 529 plan administrator is billed appropriately.
