PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL WEBINAR DATE:
We strongly recommend that you test your connection to ensure that you can join and hear successfully. At the link below, you will be able to connect to a test session. Once connected, a live support representative will also be available to answer your questions from Monday through Friday between 2:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. If you are unable to join the test session, check the support information located at the bottom of the “Test Link Page”. We also recommend that you contact your desktop support person. You'll need to ensure that your java application is installed and that you have clear access through your firewall.
