Federal Direct Student Loan Program

The William D. Ford Federal Direct Student Loan program is funded directly from the U.S. Department of Education. For Federal Direct Loan and Federal Stafford Loan repayment information, borrowers must contact their loan servicer for repayment information. Borrowers can access their loan history at Federal Student Aid.

FSA Dashboard

Federal student loan borrowers can access information about their loans, including balances, interest rates, servicers, and repayment options through their Federal Student Aid account.

To access your FSA Dashboard:

1. Visit studentaid.gov/login.
2. Sign in or Create an Account.
3. Go to the "Contact Information" page to update your email address, phone number, or mailing address.
